Scholarship Foundation

The charitable arm (501c3) of the Builders Association of Northern New Jersey (BANNJ) offers educational and technical training scholarships each year. These funds are available to Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex County residents intending to pursue a career associated with the home building/remodeling industry including but not limited to engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, interior design, etc. These awards are funded through the generosity of BANNJ members and other interested parties. The Association is responding to the industry’s dire need for skilled craftsmen and craftswomen.

The Donald Van Natta Scholarship and The Alex Sands & Jeffrey C. Mathieu Memorial Scholarship

Each will grant one scholarship for an amount up to $1,000 for a qualified student’s academic year of higher education or training in the trade or industry.

The John J. and Helen M. Durante Family Scholarship
